I have coached long enough to know that people want flexibility with the coaching they seek. I have developed 2 options for you to choose from at this time. Trauma coaching has been a focus in the past and I have coached over 1,000 people through a program that I have recently redeveloped and call Freed from Trauma. Most of the work with trauma healing is primarily unlearning what society teaches about it, then relearning how to start moving forward. Freed from Trauma offers you a self-paced online video course that allows you to jumpstart your trauma healing and equips you with the knowledge and tools to successfully move forward in life with peace, confidence and joy.

The second option is for personalized one on one life coaching where I design a coaching plan for your specific goals. I offer coaching on topics from faith, business, marriage & relationships, personal growth, and trauma.
